I'm Kat and I'm the Senior VM. I joined TRC in 2004. I work with our clients to ensure their brand is presented in the correct way at retail. Everything from VM workshops to creating VM manuals and opening stores comes into my job role. Travel is a big part of the job meaning that I have to be able to get the brand message to store teams and the customer from Beijing to Bolton!
