Proceed to Junction 10 on the M25 at roundabout take the exit, signposted A3 (London S.W.)
Proceed to the Tolworth roundabout exit(A240) (you will see the Tolworth Tower in front of you)
Take the 3rd exit (Barnsbury Lane)
Sundial Court is immediately on your left.

Take the Chessington South (via Vauxhall, Clapham Junction and Wimbledon) train from Waterloo to Tolworth (Trains every 30 minutes)
