Radley Store Openings & Visual Merchandising Training
-
Client: Radley

Location: UK
Opening a new store is always an important and exciting event that requires planning and careful thought to guarantee implementation runs smoothly and on time.
TRC and Radley have developed a procedure to ensure that new stores open looking the very best they can. Planning is a crucial stage and we work with the Radley merchandising team to fully understand the opening product package. A detailed Visual Merchandising plan was then developed in conjunction with head office teams and the store manager. Both visual and commercial decisions are taken regarding product placement, and key store members are involved in the decision-making process.
We create elevations of each wall and fixture with thumbnail pictures of product in the correct location. We also conduct Visual Merchandising training for new store team members so that they all feel comfortable with merchandising their new store. Once on site, each team member is given an area of the new store and the relevant Visual Merchandising elevation to work from. We help with the final Visual Merchandising standards checks to get ready for a busy and successful opening day!
