We served as project managers, liaising between Reebok US and the European teams, to roll out US concept outlet stores throughout Europe. We worked with the European Owned & Operated team on the prototype store in Copenhagen from start to finish. We first conducted a site survey and planned the front and back of house space, working closely with the client to establish the correct product splits and density between genders and categories. We then oversaw fixture procurement from the current US manufacturer, sourced local production and delivery, and organised a European tender for fixture production. In addition, we managed the graphics printing, lighting, flooring, bespoke item design, and installation. The store was opened on schedule and on budget.
