Having created the retail service centre for the EMEA region some years ago, we have continued to offer a full store planning, design and visualisation service to Reebok. As market requirements have fluctuated over the years we have been able to customise the service from store-by-store production and local market production through to high volume, Far Eastern stock production. We worked with the Reebok Global team to design, develop and land the New ON/OFF retailing concept into the EMEA region. After reviewing the first prototype store in Beijing, we adapted the design to the needs of our market. Once final designs were agreed upon, the concept was put out to tender using a dual manufacturing model: European production served stores that required their equipment faster, and Far East production provided large-volume, low-cost fixtures to stores with longer lead times.

We work closely with market managers to establish the particular needs of the store before 2D plan and 3D visualisations are created. These visualisations are then used to present the concepts to store and centre managers; once refined and approved, fixtures are quantified and ordered, delivery dates are agreed upon, and in some cases installation is also arranged. Without affiliation to any one manufacturer, we are able to offer a fully impartial fixture procurement service that supports a wide variety of store types throughout a large region.
