Reebok Fit Hub roll out in JJB

• Location: UK, multiple locations

• TRC planned the space, working in strict adherence to Global guidelines, producing 2d and 3d visuals for the client and the installation company
• We project managed the ordering, delivery and installation of the new fixtures, mannequins, hangers and the rubber gym flooring. This involved working with numerous manufacturer’s and agencies
• We merchandised the initial test site and provided hands on training to adidas VME’s who were then tasked with cascading this down the line. We were also able to train store staff with a very hands on and visual approach in the actual environment
• We produced very detailed Visual Retailing planograms and guidelines to enable regional visual retailing teams to merchandise the shop in shops on their schedule retail visits
• The UK were the first market to launch the amazing new retail concept and it proved to be an extremely useful project as it gave us a crucial insight into the new concept which we will be heavily involved in throughout the EMEA region.
• The feedback has been used to make changes to key pieces prior to the bulk production in early 2012
