• Location: Amsterdam

• TRC planned the space in collaboration with adidas Retail Property manager, producing 2d plans and 3d colour visuals for the client and the appointed installation company.
• We project managed the ordering and delivery of fixtures, mannequins, hangers and graphics, liaising with numerous different manufacturers and agencies.
• We were then asked to produce “store specific” Visual Retailing planograms of the space. Our experienced VM team then flew out to merchandise the store prior to opening and once opened providing staff training on the new retail concept.
