Designed, sourced and managed the construction of a sustainable exhibition stand for the Ecobuild exhibition 2011.
ExCeL Centre London
Designed, developed and implemented a sustainable exhibition stand that has appeared at the Ecobuild exhibition for the last 4 years.
Sourced vendors and sustainable materials in accordance with UK-GBC requirements.
The UK-GBC dramatically increased their presence by doubling the size of their stand area, from 100mē to 200mē, and taking on an additional area of 155mē to become the UK-GBC Village Green.
Flexible design enabling varied configuration to fit different space shapes and sizes has lead to the stand being used at EcoBuild for the past 4 years in many ways.
Management of the handover and de-installation co-ordination, providing post event storage assistance of the stand.
The stand was acknowledged last year in the Guardian newspapers online review of the show for its sustainable credentials and sparing use of lighting. Read the article here http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/2010/mar/05/ecobuild-green-building-show
The stand continues to be reused at a number of different events and will have a long and happy life until we recycle it.
We are proud to be a member of the UK Green Building Council (UK-GBC), a not-for-profit organisation campaigning for a sustainably built environment.
