UGG Flagship Store in Manchester

• Client: Deckers Europe, UGG

• Location: Manchester

Design and planning partner for UGG in house retail team.

• Worked with the UGG team to define their requirements and ensure they achieved a successful and timely store opening process
• Space planned all areas of the store, creating technical drawings for main contractor tender and visuals for internal presentations
• Co-ordinated all third party vendors (lighting, M&E, lifts, staircases, stock racking, store fascia) to support UGG in-house team ensuring all submitted drawings were compatible
• Acted as consultants for UGG, Global designers, main-contractors and furniture producers during tender, production and installation
• Continued working with UGG team to plan and support the first outlet store in Bicester
