Ensure Globally designed POP elements are accessible to the EMEA region at a reasonable price point and within an achievable lead time

• We use Reebok Global designs to source vendors within the EMEA region
• Provide regions with order forms, unit specification, prices lead time and order closing dates
• Centrally manage market orders, expected delivery dates and translation files that are required
• Manage the vendor from prototype phase through to delivery and installation
• Monitor markets that have sourced local production to ensure consistency and where possible offer out to other markets to gain economies of scale

We also have the contract with Reebok Russia to allow shipping from the vendor into Russia
