TRC appointed as the Global Visual Merchandising Partner for Victorinox
-
Client: Victorinox
-
Location: Worldwide
TRC is the appointed partner to develop and implement Victorinox's Global Visual merchandising programme for its flagship and brand stores. The project was kicked off by developing and implementing new VM principles at the Brands first Flagship store that opened in December on New Bond Street, London.
The store has a retail area of more than 4,500 square feet and operates across 3 floors stocking all six of the brands categories: Swiss Army Knives, Cutlery, Fragrance, Travel Gear , Timepieces and Fashion for men and women.
TRC have been involved in all levels of product planning and merchandising, including the physical merchandising of the new store, training the instore team, appointment of a store VM manager and producing guidelines for each product category showing standards and principles for the staff to follow.
We are also creating a Global Visual Merchandising Guide for the brand. This guide will provide practical demonstrations of the Victorinox brands visual merchandising standards throughout the global network of retail stores. Mirella has worked with a photographer in order to get the right photos for the guide showing step by step stages of all merchandising principles.
The VM Guide will also be supported by a Seasonal VM Guide that will specifically focus on the new collections launched each season.
Our focus is now on how to translate these principles across the global network of stores creating a consistent brand platform.
