TRC worked with the adidas style division to roll out their new SLVR retail concept globally. We were involved in all stages of the project from prototype to final implementation. After understanding the product, marketing and consumer we merchandised the prototype fixtures, developed and agreed the Visual Merchandising principles and created an interim Visual Merchandising guide.
In conjunction with the interim guide TRC created store specific Visual Merchandising plans for the first seven stores to open across the globe. Using Visual Retailing software we were able to produce an easy to understand step by step visual representation of each store showing their specific fixtures, product buy, graphics and mannequins complete with outfits.
The store managers from around the world attended a three day induction programme, in order to fully understand the SLVR concept, held at adidas global brand centre in Herzogenaurach, Germany. TRC managed the Visual Merchandising segment of the training to ensure everyone had a practical understanding of the SLVR Visual Merchandising principles. They left the training with a plan of how their store would look and the confidence to implement it!
TRC then supported the first two store openings in New York and Paris, using the implementation packs to ensure everything worked to plan and further test and refine the Visual Merchandising principles for the final SLVR VM guide
